my mom's older dog sleeps so well in this bed. I was happy with the price after finding similar beds for much higher prices. Looks big but very light, she really uses the pillow!! My dog usually prefers sleeping on the floor in the summer, but since getting this bed, the floor is history. The mattress is removable, and the cover is machine washable. All the sides are soft and supportive, and my dog uses them like pillows. Overall, an excellent buy. Read more

I've now bought 3 of these beds. 2 of the medium-sized 40"x32" and 1 of the massive-sized 53"x40". I have a 14-year-old German shepherd and wanted to replace all 3 of his beds with waterproof ones because he's started having accidents now and then. I've had these for about 3 weeks now--he absolutely loves them for how soft they are, and I absolutely love them for how easy they are to clean. The fleece shell is really soft, has a waterproof layer under the fleece to protect the foam, and is easy to clean. He has peed and pooped on 1, and peed on another, and all I had to do was remove the solid waste then throw the shell in the washing machine. The only issues I've had are ones of quality--the zipper on one got mangled in the washer or dryer but still works with some effort, and the foam interior is soft and comfortable but is very easily damaged (one "spike" of one eggcrate tore while shoving the foam into the shell, and another foam eggcrate ripped again while shoving it into the shell). They still work and I can't even tell which ones were damaged now that they're all loaded in the shells. For the low cost, I can forgive low foam and zipper quality. And the price?! Holy cow the price is great! Especially with inflation right now... I had checked PetSmart before coming to Amazon, and comparable beds were like $100-150. These THREE beds together cost $170. I only bought 1 at first, and both of us loved it so much I bought 2 more. All arrived within 24 hours of placing the orders too! Read more
