I strongly recommend this product. I did find it easier to remove than the normal KT tape, but it did stay in place and seemed to work just as well for me. Unfortunately, I have some sort of allergy to the adhesive so I’m not able to continue use of this product, but I think this is absolutely a great product for those without allergies that have sensitive skin. I found this to be very gentle on my skin, after having reactions to several other kinesiology tapes. My physical therapist tapes my knee with this three times per week. In my case, it is dual purpose, to both increase blood flow and provide a reminder of proper patterns of motion. The beige color is neutral, and while significantly darker than my skin, isn’t flashy or prone to drawing attention. The only downside for me is that the adhesive seems to last only 18 hours or so, which I suppose is the trade off for having a more gentle adhesive. Read more
Excellent! Stays all day and even through a shower as long as you don’t touch the tape and follow directions; be sure to smooth it out after application bc I think that action warms it a little and makes it stick better. I used it to keep an abdominal hernia at bay until I had surgery. I still use it sometimes when I just want a little more support in that area. Read more
I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and I’ve been SUFFERING for 5 days with excruciating sipped rib pain. I was extremely skeptical that KT tape would help but within minutes of taping my ribs I could finally take a deep breath for the first time in almost a week. I cried tears of relief because I’ve been in so much pain and oxygen deprived. Thank you KT tape for helping me breathe. Even by myself and in pain I could easily apply the tape to get relief after following some tutorials. It also shipped very quickly which was great because I’m not sure I could’ve made it another day like this without caving to go to urgent care or the hospital for pain relief. Read more

I have used the original KT tape for more than ten years and it is GREAT. It always lasts at least three days before the tape starts to lift from my skin and needs to be removed. I decided to try the new sensitive skin version and was completely disappointed. I always wipe down the skin in the area where the tape goes with rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad so that I can make sure any skin oils don't compromise the adhesive. Both times I used the new sensitive skin version the tape started to come off within an HOUR and both times by the time I got dressed and moved around for a couple of hours the tape had come off almost completely and stuck to my clothes. Never buying it again. I'm going back to the tried and true version. Read more
This brand of tape works the best. I have tried other cheaper options and they don’t compare. These last longer and seem to be gentler on my skin. I got some therband ones and put them on a spot that I guess is sensitive on my abdomen and I got red and rashy.cheaper doesn’t mean better. These are reasonable priced for what you get as well.
