This is a very stable and sturdy bench, with no flex when kids sit and bounce on it, unlike our other cheap bench we've been using for a few years. The size is 55.12"D x 13.78"W x 17.72"H. It weighs 31 lbs, but is easy to move around the table. The top edges are slightly wavy, not straight. It's fashionable or artistic, I guess. It's barely noticeable, which actually makes me keep noticing it and wondering if I'm imagining things. I have mixed feelings. You have to assemble this. It isn't too bad, you just have to remember not to tighten one screw before inserting the rest, as it won't go. You need to put all screws in partway, then tighten them once you have all of them threaded into the holes. It comes with an allen wrench, so you don't need a separate tool. The washers did scratch the black finish on the bars as we were tightening the screws, which doesn't make me confident of the black color on the legs lasting for long without dings and scratches. We assembled in the living room on the carpet, but when we finished, we found two scratches on the top of the bench. Already!? Was it us or did it come that way? I'm not sure, but I'm annoyed. Luckily I had some furniture repair wax, so I ran that over the scratches for a minute and it luckily made them not so obvious. One big negative is that I did not get the nice silver and black adjustable leg/foot pads shown in the listing. I got open, hollow, black scratchy things. I couldn't find more feet or pads in the stuff I got in the box for the feet. It was too rough to put on my floors. I had to buy and add on my own furniture pads later. This was irritating at this price point. A total bait and switch at the 11th hour. Overall, this is a nice-looking and sturdy bench. I like that the legs have three placement points on the floor for sturdiness. Read more

LIKES: - The desktop is a thick, handsome piece of real wood (maybe mahogany?). Perfectly smooth and beautifully stained. - There are no sharp edges or corners of the wood, so I can lean against it without discomfort. - Assembly is pretty easy, with the only difficult part being the weight of the desktop. - The frame consists of thick, square, steel bars. Feels very durable. - The legs each have an added part for extra stability. Absolutely no wobble at all. - This is a high quality desk that looks great. It would have been a 5-star desk except for the problems below. DISLIKES: - A couple of the welds are crooked. One of these blemishes makes it so one of the feet won't screw in all the way. For the price, the welds should be even and sturdy, not rushed like this. NOTE: The bottom of the desktop is not stained, though it is sanded smooth. The knots and cracks have also been filled with wood filler and also sanded. TIP: If you can lift 70 or so pounds, then you can move this around by yourself. I'm a healthy medium-sized woman. I was unable to lift the box, but I was able to tip the the package from side to side and walk it to where I wanted to assemble it. Better to have a friend around to flip the desk to standing after assembly. Read more

“The Chuck Norris of Tables 💪🪵🖥️” This beast of a desk is so solid I’m convinced it could survive an arm-wrestling match with a bulldozer 😂🚜. Gorgeous wood top with a finish smoother than my morning coffee ☕👌, paired with metal legs sturdy enough to hold my laptop, dinner, AND my toddler’s Lego skyscraper without breaking a sweat 🏗️👶🤣. Works as a dining table, office desk, or even a “pretend I’m fancy” writing nook ✍️✨. Guests compliment it, my back thanks me, and honestly… it makes me feel way more productive than I actually am 🤓🙌. Highly recommend—this table means business AND dinner! 🍴🖥️👏 Read more
