The product is very simple and can pretty much take it out of the box and use it without having prior experience with humidifiers. This is the only good thing I can say about this humidifier. It's advertised to be used in the bedroom. I've been plagued with a sinus infection for nearly a month due to use of oxygen after being hospitalized. I was informed a humidifier would help with decongestion especially at night. I purchased this product and spent an extra $12 on essential oil to put in for decongestion. The humidifier emits a mist into the air...but that's where it ends. No scent, no change in humidity in the room... just a steady mist that goes straight up in the air and evaporates. I've used distilled water, spring water, tap water, I've followed the instructions and even invested time watching videos online. I would not reccomend buying from this brand, I decided to cheap out on a humidifier and purchased a humidifier from this shop months ago. The humidifier goes on sprees of not not working and the mist will not come out. It is quiet and does not make noise, is easy to use, and does not leak. but the quality is poor and it will break over time. Lesson learned, do not cheap out on a humidifier. Read more
