I generally wear a size 6. I'm an athletic 5'3", 145lbs with a 28" waist and a small B cup. Based on the size chart, I ordered this in an 8, and it's nearly too small. By "too small", I don't mean that I can't fit into it - the suit has a good amount of stretch, and it comfortably fits my hips, waist and chest fine. But the swimsuit feels too short in the chest. I'm not tall, slightly below average height for US born women, and I don't have an inordinately long torso, but I it feels like it should be about 1-2" taller to fit comforably without the risk of the girls popping out. Raising my arms up, as I'd do for any simple swimming stoke, runs the risk of causing an incident. The fabric is lovely, and the pattern is gorgeous. The detail expressed in the stitching, rings and tassels are indicative of the quality put into the swimsuit. On me, it's not a good practical swimsuit though. I can't wear it when swimming like I want to swim. I'd feel uncomfortable actually swimming in it, and there's no way I'd be diving in it, or even sliding down a waterslide. It's more for looking pretty while relaxing at a poolside chair or for sipping margaritas under an umbrella on the beach, neither of which fit my idea of a fun day in the water. Read more

Absolutely in love with this luxe bathing suit! The material is beyond soft and made with visibly high quality material. I am 5’3 125lbs and while my dress size is an 3, I ordered this in a size 4. It fits perfectly, true to size. Although I’d recommend ordering down rather than up, as the suit offers plenty of room to adjust with the flattering adjustable straps. The cross cross straps are adjusted by a string that runs along the bodice of the suit which is a concept I fully appreciate as it reduces the amount of back fat visibility one may have when tightly cinching closer to the mid/upper back. The string that ties has delicate tassels in pink which add to the beauty of this suit. I don’t have the largest of butts, but found the full bottom to be complementary nonetheless as well as it’s modesty in thigh cuts (not a high rise thigh cut that can leave one feeling over exposed). I do wish the front was more of a push up style, but it is still flattering as there’s minimal padding so doesn’t completely flatten out the chest as some suits do. With that being said, my B cups look great and they don’t spill out, but for someone with larger breasts hoping for a modest bustline may not appreciate the lacking material, as I do feel the top was not designed well for the incredibly busty, unless one is wanting the heightened attention. Overall a beautiful, well made swim suit that I am eagerly looking forward to showcasing as the warmer months approach. Read more
