I absolutely love this La Roche-Posay Anthelios UV Glow. It gives my skin the prettiest natural glow without looking greasy or heavy. The subtle tint evens out my complexion and makes my skin look healthy and radiant, almost like a “your skin but better” finish. I often wear it on its own, but it also works beautifully under makeup as a primer. The texture is lightweight and breathable, absorbs quickly, and feels comfortable all day. I really appreciate the added hydration, and my skin feels smooth and balanced after applying it. It’s become a daily essential for me and one of those products I reach for without thinking. As a woman in her 50s, I'm finally getting the memo about wearing sunscreen daily. Even though I have a desk job and don't make it outside every day, setting good habits goes a long way. I don't often wear full makeup, but I recently discovered tinted sunscreen and find it works well for getting me Teams-ready for work, or feeling confident enough to run errands without makeup. The texture of this sunscreen is creamy and not too thick or thin. I didn't read the description thoroughly and didn't realize I was getting the darker tint. It's not terrible, but on my super white winter skin there is a bit of an orangey cast. As such, I'll reserve it for warmer months when I have a little more color to my face. It's not meant to be a skin cream, but does provide a good amount of moisture. It does, however, tend to feel a little dry on my skin so I will definitely wear moisturizer underneath. There is also a little bit of shimmer that provides a healthy glow. Overall I'm pleased with this but if you have very fair skin, you should definitely consider the lighter tint for year-round use. This is nice primr with SPF that does not feel heavy on the skin. It applies very easily on the skin and blends easily. The dark tint works well on dark skin tones. The actives that make it a sunscreen are not as good as other regions in the world, but this is the best formulation for North America that works at preventing sunburn. What a great product, especially with protecting my face this winter! While I was a little nervous about the color I chose "dark", I was hopeful that it wouldn't be super obvious on my VERY pale skin. I'm happy to report that despite this being labeled as dark, it actually leaves a slight tan glow to the skin that isn't super obvious. The color actually helps even the skin tone while providing a significant level of sun protection. This is labeled as a primer, which can also allow you to add a foundation, bb cream or even concealer that more closely matches your skin tone, effectively helping to tone down the overall color if it is a little to dark for you. The cream rubs into the skin evenly so you can be certain that your entire face is well protected when outdoors. This brand is known for it's high quality products and this sunscreen is no different. Living in FL, I put on sunscreen multiple times per day and I'm always on the hunt for the perfect one. This one is pretty good and close to perfect, imo. I typically search for lightweight, zero cast sunscreen that doesn't make my make up look oily/greasy. This one does all of that and gives a nice glow with the tint. I normally don't like tinted sunscreen since it makes my skin look uneven or orange but not this one. The bronze tint gives me a nice healthy glow, blends in wonderfully and is a great base for my make up. A little bit goes a long way but it spreads nicely & it's now my go-to sunscreen for the morning.
