These are working great at targeting muscle tension. We just lean on them against the wall, moving around to find the tight spot, and then move the length of the muscle to help it release. Even the kids do it. These are hard but with some give; my wife likes them better than tennis balls for working on muscle knots. They are high quality and I expect we'll never have to buy another set unless we lose them or need more for some reason. They are recommendable, I just don't know why they are so pricey. The product page description of "white or multicolor 6 pack or 12 pack" is not referring to the yellow that we got, or orange that are also available - but which would make the price way better =) It's just saying those colors are available in 6- and 12-packs, which I would recommend as it makes the price per ball much cheaper. Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful. Read more

These have been a game changer for working out shoulder knots, especially when I use them against a wall. They don’t leave any marks behind, which is a nice bonus. The firmness is just right for me—I prefer a deeper, more intense massage, so these definitely hit the spot. Might be a bit firm for some, but they’re perfect for my needs! Read more

These balls are great—exactly as advertised. The orange color is super vibrant, which makes them easy to spot on the field or in the yard. I've been using them for lacrosse practice, and even after a couple hundred rebounds, they're still holding up perfectly with no signs of wear. They’ve got that solid, official feel to them, and the quality is definitely there. Whether you’re using them for actual play, training, or even muscle relief, they do the job. Really happy with this pack—definitely worth it. Read more

These are perfect to use up against a wall to work out knots in my shoulders, and they don't mark up the walls either. They've been super helpful, and are a great firmness. I def like a massage on the "harder" side so these might not be for everyone, but work great for me! Read more

While these are on the firmer side, I typically prefer the practice balls because they’re softer and offer more give. However, my wife really appreciates the firmness for her trigger point therapy. I’m impressed with the color and overall quality. These balls seem durable and should last a long time with regular use. They also have just the right amount of grip, making them effective for use against the wall without slipping. Read more

After suffering a fall that required 10 weeks of physical therapy, I was looking for something to help with the knots in my back and shoulder blades. The Lacrosse Balls have been an amazing resource for my recovery. They’re soft enough to provide comfort but firm enough to really target those problem areas. I’m also impressed with the quality and durability of these balls. My Frenchie grabbed one and ran off with it, but despite her enthusiasm, it didn’t tear apart. I’m still able to use them, and I even gave her one since she loved it so much. For the price, these balls offer great value, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for muscle relief or trigger point therapy. Read more
