The dress is very well made, including the seams, the gathered tiers, the neckline and the elastic at the sleeves. I am 5’ 110lbs. and the Small fits me perfectly. I typically need to raise the hem on dresses, but the hem hits about 3 inches above my knees. I felt the elastic at the sleeves looked a little awkward but I just pushed them up a bit and it looked great. I think this is a great dress for the price.
