I rarely write reviews, but I'd had a pair of grey leg warmers I bought on impulse at American eagle years ago and wore every time I wore leggings (read: most days). Over the holidays I left one out of town and was on the hunt for a replacement. I really love these wool ones - they are warmer than my old ones and stay up better with LESS elastic to stretch out, they're just nice tight wool, it seems like. I'm very pleased! Read more

They feel ok- but like they might have a higher percentage of a synthetic material (acrylic, etc). than stated. The label states: 71% wool, 20% cotton, 7% nylon, 2% spandex. I do wish they were a little bit tighter. I took them on a 3 hour hike and they slid down a little bit, but not much. They kept my ankles nice and warm. For the price, I'm mostly happy with them.
