I struggle with hormonal cystic acne, and this has helped greatly. The process of a zit is usually a month before it even starts to go away, this speeds the process up rapidly. It gets rid of tiny blemishes, whiteheads, black heads overnight, but doesn't get rid of cystic pimples that are underneath the surface. It actually seems to have the affect of bringing it to the surface. It definitely helps with dark spots left behind as well. I normally don't post reviews, but this is something close to my heart and if anyone else is struggling with something similar, I want them to kno this is an item that might be worth it! My son is struggling with hormonal acne thanks ro puberty and has genetics against him as well with naturally oily but very sensitive skin. We have just started this acne journey the past year and had success with "acne free" products with benzoil peroxide however that is now overdrying his face too severely and making more oil, so more problem areas and not working. After much research on the ingredients that are great for clearing acne I was surprised to find this had everything in it i had researched so i went out on a limb and ordered it along with probiotics to try to improve his gut health which has a lot to do with acne as well. He has been struggling with a cluster of 4 large cystic pimples at each of his temples and a few on his forehead. We have used it for 3 nights and it has taken the large cystic pimples down to more than half their size and the redness and swelling has decreased as well.
