I did have a few issues when I first started working with the docking station. The the plug that I put in the docking station instead of my computer to charge it wasn’t working but once I realized that it needed to be plugged in on the opposite side, everything has been working wonderful. I work from home and I plug into monitors as well as my laptop into the station plus other items like my headset and keyboard and it keeps everything humming! The other things that I really love about it is that you don’t need any software to use it like some other docking stations. Supposed to be plug and play, but when I attempted to connect my laptop with an HDMI to HDMI cord to my spare monitor, my laptop would not recognize the monitor. I am currently speaking with customer support, but have not yet found a resolution. I will be returning. After speaking with my company's IT support, they recommended purchasing an Anker or Jabra as they're more user friendly. Read more

Works great right out of the box! I use it with my Lenovo ThinkPad X one carbon and added one more external screen. Further, I use several of the USB-C ports and regular USB ports all are connecting just fine. The docking station also includes power supply cord and cord that you hook up to your computer. This is a great docking station. I own two of them, and they're perfect for my laptops. A single USB-C connection to the laptop delivers power and provides full connectivity to multiple monitors / ethernet. This seems to be the sweet spot for value / performance.
