Not a company I will ever deal with again. Original review: First, the marketer is offering a $20 Amazon gift card for a review. They specifically ask for an objective review, and I would write a bad one if their product deserved it. It doesn't. The stand arrives as three pieces of 10-mm (approximately) aluminum. There are no burrs, sharp edges, etc. The parts snap together easily, and the result is neat and solid. Typing causes no vibration at all. On a 26-inch work surface, the laptop screen is at the right height, and the keyboard is at a convenient angle to use the trackpad when one of the cats sits on my mouse cable. In all, it's exactly what I was looking for. If there is a downside, it's that the stand is not adjustable, but I knew that when I ordered it. Why pay for a feature I don't what? Delivery was delayed, but that probably wasn't the seller's fault. It looks like the post office sent it to the next town, part of which shares the zip code, and the box went back to the regional distribution center for another try. I’ve been looking for a stand like this for a while, but I didn’t want to spend over $40 for one! I wanted a stand that allowed for my laptop fans to work without them being fully covered and give my neck a break. The ergonomic and design of this stand makes that possible. Very easy to assemble. Took me less than an minute. Very sturdy and stylish. I do like that they added grip slide proof underneath the stand legs. My stand does move at all, unless I lift it and push it hard. I enjoy how sturdy and easily put together it is. Such a simple yet useful (as well as aesthetically pleasing) design. Its ability to bring space underneath the laptop as well as allow the vents on my laptop to breath has been tremendous. This is working perfectly for what I need it to do. I use my laptop as one of my three monitors while I am working. The laptop monitor is now aligned (more or less) with my other two monitors so it is an easy eye flow. The design allows the fan of the laptop better access to the open open because it is now up off the desk. It is solid enough that I do not have to worry about the cats knocking it and my laptop off the edge of the desk, and the design allows me to use the area under the laptop as storage for my wireless keyboard at the end of the night. Great Stand, very sturdy all metal with rubber feet that stop it from sliding, easy to assemble. The height is good for keeping my neck straight. Nice to look at with very clean lines. I like that the little "fingers" at the front that keep the laptop in place, do not go above the keyboard so it is comfortable to type as they don't get in your way.
