This can be used with laptops and tablets up to 17 inches diagonally. I like using it for my iPad when I want to use a keyboard. It also holds a laptop up well when using a separate keyboard. I have a keyboard that can link with three different devices at one time with a button to switch between devices. So, I can use this stand to hold up my iPad when I am using my iPad, laptop, and desktop all at once, all attached to my one keyboard. I purchased a second stand to elevate my laptop. This stand can be adjusted for height and angle. The stand works great. It’s strong, holding the different weight computers easily. The angle and height adjustments stay in place. Nothing slips thanks to the anti-slip stripping. The two support hooks are large, providing a lot of support where the computer sits angled against them. The negative space cat design is cute and appropriate for cat lovers. It would make a nice gift for a cat lover. It’s a good value. Read more

I'm very impressed with this laptop stand. My 17-inch laptop is fairly heavy, and this stand is strong and sturdy enough to hold it. I can easily adjust the stand to the height and angle that I want depending on how and where I am using my laptop. I can even fit a cat on my lap while I'm working on my computer! That's in addition, of course, to the cute cat cutout in the design of this stand. I can't think of anything i would want to change about this product, which for me is high praise. Excellent support that actually holds my 15.6" Lenovo laptop with ease. The overall stand is very high quality with a classy build and attention to looks and quality such as even the adjustment torque screws are hidden by nice aluminum caps. The stand itself has some decent weight and actually provides some counter balance to keep from tipping over. The rubber grips on the adjustable plate of the stand helps to keeps my laptop from slipping off from a minor bump. This stand works for everything including tablets, large tablets, cellphones, and other electronic devices. The ventilation are of the plate is the cutest silhouette of a cat and definitely one of the biggest reasons why I ordered it lol. The media could not be loaded. This is a great laptop stand. High quality. Great adjustability for nearly unlimited screen angles with nice substantial "holders" at the bottom that make it suitable for just about any size laptop and even some smaller monitors. No worries of your device slipping off. It's got stiff hinges so it might take a bit of tinkering to get it just perfect. I've got several laptop stands, risers and wedges and this is one of the best and most versatile of the bunch. Works well in just about any configuration. It's portable in the strictest sense, it folds relatively flat and doesn't weigh a ton, but not really something you'd want to throw in a backpack and carry around all day. More suited for a business traveler who needs a reliable portable workstation or for a home user who wants a nice sturdy stand that can be folded up and put away when not in use. Very sturdy. I've got an old (almost ancient in computer years) HP Pavilion with a built-in DVD/CD burner that weighs as much as any two other laptops I've ever owned and this stand holds it perfectly steady with no wobble at all: I use an external keyboard most of the time, when I use the built-in keyboard I keep it at less severe angles just to be on the safe side (still no wobble).
