This is an amazing alternative to a generic mouse/wrist pad. It's very soft, adjusts/molds to your wrist, but as it's filled with beans, can be moved and shaken up regularly. It's very comfy, and unlike when having a mousepad with a built-in wrist rest, this will move with you. Most mice now work without you needing a mouse pad, so this allows me to move my arm/hand/wrist all over my desk with my mouse and not have to pick up a mouse pad every time I move. Highly recommend. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and developed these cysts on my left arm where I tend to put pressure from resting it on my desk. The one directly on my elbow causes great discomfort when I lean on it, so I tried this bean bag to put under my elbow and the discomfort is gone. It is thick enough that my elbow doesn't push through the beans to the surface below, but not overly thick. It is a good size and I imagine would work great for wrists as well. I normally don't write reviews but I had to for this item. Soooo very comfy! And a nice larger size that fully supports my wrist without being obnoxious about it. Best of all, it has a removable cover that you can wash when it gets dirty. I loved it so much, I bought extra to have at work as well as at home. I tried the gel wrist supports and the memory foam, but they weren't cushy enough. Just didn't give proper support for my wrist. The gel ones actually made my wrist hurt worse. Very uncomfortable. It's really very comfortable on my wrist and the ability to unzip it to add more plastic ergo beads or remove some to customize it to the individual is nice in theory BUT I can't actually unzip it, I dare not pull any harder on the zipper pull for fear of just ripping it apart and leaving it totally useless. I would love to add more beads to firm it up just a tiny bit to make it perfect, but I guess I'll have to leave it as it is and throw it away once it gets dirty as there's no way I will be able to unzip it to empty the beads to put this through the washing machine and dryer and I dare not while the beads are inside, I don't hate my washer and dryer enough for that. I you've ever had a polar fleece jumper and the material gets stuck in the zipper, then you know what I'm talking about with trying to get this zipper to open up. I'm glad I didn't buy the extra ergo beads at the same time, they'd be useless with how this zipper works or rather doesn't work. The pros: 1. It can be fluffed up anytime you feel it needs it, I do it several computer sessions a day, just some light squeezes to fluff it up is all it needs. 2. It feels so so much better than a foam or gel wrist pad. 3. You can attach some Velcro too the bottom and too your desk if you find it slides around to much for you. 4. It just almost matches the "pine green" mouse pad that I bought from another vendor at the same time and looks nice together. Read more
