I took my new bag on a two-week road trip, and was pleased to finally have some organization that worked. I had no problems with it securely holding just about every size and shape pill bottle you can think of nor with getting the bottles out. I even tucked a couple of small eyedrops bottles into the lowest inside mesh pocket, and together they stayed in place. I used the top mesh horizonal pocket to hold two oversized 90-day supply bottles, which worked very nicely. I'm knocking it down one star because the zipper on the front pocket split after one try. I wasn't planning on using that front pocket and don't feel like I've lost any functionality, but it's more the principle that a new item shouldn't have a broken feature.
