We got these for our travel and cruise packing. They are well made and fit the first aid needs that we might have while cruising or on a road trip, without taking up a lot of precious luggage space. We used to carry our "kit" in baggies or borrowed pouches, but these make it easier to keep things together and organized. The mesh pockets mean that you can actually see the bottles, bandages, and ointments. Putting our first aid kits in these mean we can grab and go quickly. While restocking is a breeze. There is just enough room in the main, zippered compartment of this case for my stash of pill bottles that don’t need to be kept in the fridge (although I have a larger bottle of vitamin pills that I refill a smaller stash bottle from when I need to), plus the container that holds a week’s worth of AM and PM pill containers and the porcelain dish I dump an AM or PM container into just before taking them. Although I haven’t needed this feature myself, the two zippers that are used to close the main compartment each have a loop that could be used with a lock to keep children or anyone else out of that compartment. There is also a flat zippered (but not lockable) pocket on the outside of the main container that I have found to be convenient for keeping instructional notes on dosages. The handle on top of the container makes it easy to lift out of and return to the place I keep it. Altogether a huge improvement over the boxes I had used as jerry-rigged containers before I got this case. Read more

I love this bag. Size is good for people with chronic illnesses to store the cocktail of meds. My am and pm meds fit (even the larger pharmacy bottles). My other incidental meds fit too. My family thought it was my new work bag. It is beautiful. I agree with another comment from a reviewer the if the zipper would go more further down on both sides, the bag would reach a new level of functionality. I believe it is sturdy and has good durability. Good value for my money. Read more
