Updated: company reached out and rectified the situation very professionally so although this product didn’t work for me I am very pleased with the customer service!! This literally does nothing 🫤 I have been using it consistently for months now. Literally every three days and notice no difference in the hair amount or growth. The only thing it has MAYBE helped with is razor irritation and that may just be a coincidence. This product came with no instructions, I had to google and read reviews on how to use it and it only had a 30 day return period when it tells you to wait 3 months for results. The power button which also controls the strength of the flash is right on the side where you hold the device so when you have it on the highest level and you accidentally hit it you have to bump it all the way up again. I’m highly dissatisfied with this product and do not recommend. I wasn’t expecting to be smooth and hairless but I was definitely hoping for some result which I did not get. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried multiple at home hair removal devices and this one packs a punch! The cooling feature sets this one apart from the rest. You can feel the cooling and it helps elevate any stinging. I initially thought it wasn’t going to be strong because it was pretty pain free but you can definitely tell it’s working! I have been using for quite some time now on my chin hairs and I do have PCOS. I have not seen much of a difference so far. For those that have PCOS and have thick hairs this isn’t gonna do much to help with that. It didn’t really hurt either just depends on the level. Didn’t irritate my skin. Was easy to use. I had one of these before but gave it away because I couldn’t keep up with doing it. I bought this one and fit it into my routine and it works!! I love the automatic function so you don’t have to keep pushing the trigger button. The cooling is nice too. After two weeks using it three times a week my hair is growing slow and thin. UPDATE: The company has reached out to me and offered either a replacement or refund. I think this worked on the fine black hairs but then one day it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve only had it for about two months and of course it’s past the return window. Don’t waste your money. Read more
