I absolutely love this coffee! The flavor is smooth, rich, and balanced with just the right touch of crema. It’s not overly bitter or acidic, making it perfect for daily drinking. The beans grind well and produce a consistently fresh aroma. Works great both in my espresso machine and drip brewer. If you enjoy a creamy, full-bodied coffee with a hint of sweetness, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend! Read more
Best beans for a Philips automatic espresso machine. Great flavor, smoothness and aroma! Read more
I’ve purchased the 6-bag box of Lavazza Super Crema multiple times now, and it’s hands-down my favorite coffee for everyday use. Whether I’m pulling espresso shots or making cappuccinos, this blend delivers a consistently smooth, well-balanced cup every time. The flavor is rich with notes of honey, almonds, and just a hint of fruit—never bitter, never too acidic. It produces a beautiful, velvety crema and smells absolutely divine while brewing. I use it with my espresso machine, but it also works great in a French press or drip setup if you grind it accordingly. What keeps me coming back is the quality and consistency. Every bag I’ve opened has been fresh, aromatic, and roasted to perfection. It’s a fantastic value, especially in the bulk box, and it saves me from constantly reordering. If you’re serious about your coffee but don’t want to spend a fortune, Lavazza Super Crema is a no-brainer. I recommend it to everyone from casual coffee drinkers to espresso aficionados. Five stars, every time! Read more
Have been buying these for years and they never let you down. Great beans, and frothy top and always consistent. Read more
The Lavazza beans are great, but Amazon sent the wrong item (decaf grounds) initially. The first support agent promised a price adjustment but failed to follow through. I had to follow up 5 days later to get it resolved. Thanks to the second agent, Mark, for finally fixing it. Good coffee, but be prepared to jump through hoops if they mess up your order. Read more

Our favorite coffee and works perfect in our Phillips coffee machine. Read more
I don't have a lot of little comforts in my life since I became permantly and totally disabled 12 years ago. Income is very tight and, frankly, I am still greiving the loss of my career. Having said that, coffee has been an intregal part of my life since college (I'm now 51 years old!) so while Lavazza Super Crema is an expensive bean, it brings me so much joy that it is worth it. I recently purchased a high-end home espresso machine after saving my pennies for over a year and these beans make the best espresso - totally blows what most people think is the gold standard, Starbucks. Compared to beans or drinks from the local Starbucks, this brand of bean makes Sbux look and taste like sewer water. I not only use this in my espresso machine but also my coffee maker. It does not have the burnt tire taste of the overcooked Sbux espresso beans. It always has a nice crema, and a real tasty full body dark roast flavor. I say this with my tongue firmly planted in my cheek, but I'd give up my cat and all her attendant expenses in order to continue buying Lavazza beans. If you don't have a grinder, get a good entry level one like the Baratzza Encore (don't get shocked when you see the price) and purchase whole beans instead of previously ground coffee. Then use either cold distilled water or filtered water from a refrigerated water pitcher (Britta, Zero Water, etc) and grind your beans just before brewing. If you enjoy coffee as much as I do, you will notice the difference. If your work coffee sucks, consider buying a little pour over kit, French Press, or an AeroPress for your office and use home ground Lavazza beans. Your afternoon slump we all experience between 2:00 and 4:00, will be sent packing. Of all the variations offered by Lavazza, all of which have their own "personalities," my hands down favorite is Super Crema. Keep in mind that the price flucuates greatly from the various sellers on Amazon so don't just bookmark the page, do a search and you may find that each time you purchase beans, you may get a better deal buying multiple single 2.2 pound bags over a 2-pack or 4-pack from the previous seller. If you're math challenged like me, grab a calculator because I've rarely purchased from the same vendor more than twice because of the variations in price. I know that Amazon offers a Subscribe & Save, but the price does vary so greatly that I don't want to lock into a price that could be beaten by a different seller even considering the % discount for subscription. Hope this review was helpful. Let me know if you have any questions. Read more
