I had received this liner prior in kit with eyebrow pencil and gel. I loved the tip and it went on so easily stayed on and came off quickly with mineral water; however, it dried up very quickly. I thought it was just a fluke so I ordered this liner again. This time the brown goes on too sheer and have to go over it and I really have to keep shaking it to get liner out. Read more

I've been looking for a more affordable eyeliner that actually works and this is it. Love it.
