I’ve had a couple of these in more of a “sleep mask” format. The audio quality on this one is the best yet! I got these because the eye mask and the ASMR meant I was sleeping through the apocalypse. These seemed more functional to use without covering the face so some sunlight might help me get out of my siesta. It’s still really comfy to pull over the eyes but not a total blackout. I work the kitchen line at work on occasion and I can see myself using these there too! Turn it on and it connects easily, and the battery life on these has always been acceptable but I rotate a couple because I always forget to put it on the charger. I struggle to sleep well. I have a chronic health condition that suffers when I sleep poorly, too - it becomes a frustrating, vicious circle. This product serves as both overnight headphones that actually allow sleeping on my side, and a comfortable and effective sleep mask. I can even use it during full daytime to nap. It's important to me that my fussy sleep accommodations don't disturb my partner - the sound from my music, audiobook, or while noise selection doesn't get any further than my own ears. The cover is washable, although you need to spend a minute or two getting the electronics back in place afterward. I have figured it out over time, but written/illustrated instructions would be a thoughtful improvement. The covers come in so many fun colors, too. I have the navy paisley one at present. The Bluetooth has good range, and battery life. I probably could get 2 full nights out of it, although I prefer to charge it daily. The verbal instructions you hear while turning on/off, changing modes, or adjustments the volume are understandable to an English speaker. These sleep headphones have become so important to my sleep that I always keep a spare on hand, and one in my travel bag! I don't want to risk forgetting to pack it, or wearing one out and having to wait for delivery. I am not marking down the product for this, bit I have worn out several over many years. It is largely the fault of mine that I side sleep. Eventually, I wear through the vulnerable wires and the speaker on that side stops working. I would rather have to buy a new one periodically (maybe one a year?) than have sturdier, thicker wires I would feel while sleeping. That would be a non starter for me! This is great for listening to music while I fall asleep. I have kind of a small head, so it’s a bit loose, but still works pretty well. They are much more comfortable than ear buds, the sound quality is decent (the volume doesn’t get very loud, but that’s fine because I like it soft for sleeping), and best of all there’s no cord for my cats to chew. My cats destroyed quite a few pairs of headphones during the night before I got this. The instructions aren’t very good and finding the charging port was…frustrating until I figured it out (it’s hidden inside, and you have to feed to out the opening), hence only 4 stars. Read more
By far the best sleep headphone I have purchased. And I’ve had several. I have a small head and this stays snug yet comfortable. I’m not constantly having to readjust. My head does not get hot with this material. Love it and will buy again! Read more
I love these Bluetooth sleep headphones! I wear them every night to listen to manifestation and meditation music, and they’re super comfortable—even for side sleeping. These headphones are super comfortable and look cute, with impressive sound quality and battery life. However, they do a poor job keeping sound in or out—ambient noises (like snoring) are clearly audible, and the headphone audio is easily heard by people nearby. That defeats their main purpose for sleep! They could be much better for activities like cycling or spending a day at the beach. Also, the earphone placement isn’t perfect and the fabric is quite narrow, which means I have to constantly adjust them to stay over my ears. Read more
I absolutely love this! Game changer for me for sure. My husband snores and I was using earbuds at night to block out the snoring. By doing so it really was messing up my ears. I ran across this and thought what the heck let’s give it a try. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I love the design the color and it also works as a face mask as well. Doesn’t hurt my ears when I lay down on each side and it blocks out my husband‘s snoring. it is not a complete noise canceling, but you can adjust the volume which I love. And I really don’t want a complete noise canceling anyway. This is fantastic and it’s a must buy. Some reviews complained about battery life. Mine lasts all night and into the morning.
