Product came with no instructions other than what’s on the bottles - there is only one place that the product indicates to clean and then condition to get the full effect; it may sound silly but even on the bottles there is no recommendation to follow up with the conditioner after cleaning -> a high priced product shouldn’t leave you guessing. - Along the same line of high price/low “quality”: It feels cheap for them to provide the applicator pads but not the cloths to buff; why not include two cloths for buffing, one with the cleaner and one with the conditioner, particularly for the cost. As for the actual application and results: It works as well as most leather care products. I tested it on 2 pairs of shoes. - It took the expected effort to apply and to buff, not extra elbow grease but also not ultra easy. - One applies the product (spray for cleaner/lotion for conditioner) onto the applicator pad, rubs it in - buffs it off. - The cleaner removes most of the grime, the conditioner attacks the scuffs; just note: It doesn’t help with deep scuff marks. -> You can see the results in the pictures …. **. OVERALL. ** A cleaner spray/ conditioner lotion combo kit with applicator but no buffing cloths at a very steep price - doesn’t feel there is anything unique about it but the price. 🌟Verdict🌟 => 3 STARS ⭐️ -> (*My RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if I’d buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldn’t be sold or is dangerous).
