Amazon keeps pestering me to write a review about this goodie, so here’s what I have to say: the messenger bag is fantastic. It can hold a lot of stuff, and the shoulder rest pad is comfortable. However, I have two issues with it. 1) when I adjust the chest strap to be shorter, the shoulder pad moves away from my shoulder and the belt buckle ends up placed on my shoulder, which can be uncomfortable. 2) The shoulder pad's hole or gap, which allows to it to slide freely through the strap, is unable to slide through the belt buckle, so I can’t even move the shoulder pad be to my shoulder area when the messenger bag strap is shortened.
