Very uncomfortable to wear. The head band does not have enough room for my head (and it is not that large). Especially difficult over the bridge of my nose and heavy overall. The metal nubs make the mask unwearable without complete discomfort. There are way too many cords - having 3 of them going into the control unit. This means you are tied down and unable to do anything other than sit and maybe watch TV. The instructions are pretty much useless and are written so small that even a mouse would need a magnifying glass. I would not recommend this mask unless you can't afford anything better. Read more

I love the red light Therepy for your face. It’s very soothing so is the blue light and it gives you 10 to 15 minutes of just relaxation and it really does help with dark spots. Read more

Setup is easy to figure out even though I didn’t receive instructions. However, if you want to know what each color light offers, it would be nice to know without having to look on Amazon. Overall, I would not recommend. Debating returning it due to how uncomfortable it is to wear. You definitely feel the metal knobs pushing hard against your face. This set is VERY cumbersome. It is not easy to use as it has to be plugged in while using it and the cord is not long enough to have many options. The chin/neck plate doesn't ever sit right on me and ends up being propped up by my chest and kind of under my chin. It does work, the settings all work, it comes with the posts if you want to do the electro thng, I have not done that yet. In theory I like this but in use, it is so complicated that I end up not using it and it is quite expensive to have just collecting dust. Do your homework, it may be that my neck is just shorter or whatever so I am not trying to steer you away from it, just consider these things. Read more

I chose this option because it had a neck piece, all of the colors, and inexpensive. I wasn’t worried about the cords because I plan to lay around or sit while I use it anyway. My first impression is that it is uncomfortable. However, I had no idea it came with the micro electrical current option! I was wondering why I felt the electrocution in my cheeks. I only feel it in my cheeks but there are 7 metal nodes. The metal pieces are uncomfortable but I do appreciate the potential benefits of microelectronics that are included here. Overall for the price, I’m very happy with my purchase. I may upgrade eventually for comfort but the affordability definitely makes it worth it. Read more
