These bulbs are great! I've not been a big fan of LED lights, simply for the fact that most times when I've attempted to replace my incandescent lights with LED, the advertised output seems to never match the lighting and performance of the incandescent bulbs. They advertise less wattage but same lumens as incandescent, but that's never been the case when I've bought replacement bulbs. It's never ended up being a suitable replacement. I bought these to replace my 120v/100w incandescent outdoor flood lights that I use on my back patio motion sensor flood lights. The previous bulbs had long life, but they weren't cheap the few times I replaced them and are now not easy to find. I gave these a go, figuring they were going to be like most LEDs I'd bought, but this was a first for me with flood lights. Bulbs arrived and immediately noticed that the bulbs were a fraction of the weight of my regular ones, and already regretting my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that I love these far more than the incandescents I've been using for years! They light up the yard so much better than my previous bulbs. Also they are installed in an aged adjustable direction motion sensor floodlight, one of which the previous bulbs were so heavy that after some time, the weight would cause the sockets to migrate down. These bulbs weigh almost nothing, so I've not had to readjust my sockets since installing. My dogs enjoyed playing in the backyard before, but now the new lighting just intrigues them to wanting to hang out in the backyard now. Read more

These are lightbulbs, they work like light bulbs. If you are unfamiliar with lightbulbs, allow me to explain. If you have an electric lamp that fits standard bulbs, you have it plugged in and are certified to operate the light switch, then these will work for you. They seem pretty durable, but when I went and threw all the old ones at moving cars some of them broke, but they may have been a different brand. My wife says I shouldn't throw them at moving cars, but I really like the "pop" sound they make. They come in the color round. Read more

The leds do put out a good deal of light and are dimmable as advertised, the problem is I bought a ten pack of bulbs and needed 6 bulbs for my ceiling, good thing I did have spares. One bulb was bad right out of the package, on day two another bulb quit working. I checked my volt a going to the leds and it was fine. They have only been been installed for three days and I have a 20 percent failure rate and I have two bulbs that i haven't even tried. Not a good average. Read more
