I was impressed by the customer service of this store. At first, I received this mask because it was missing a charging cable. I contacted them on the same day and the next day it was sent and delivered. This was also one of the reasons why I bought their products. What do I like? The first is the outstanding effect of this mask. It uses advanced technologies of different wavelengths, including a technique that can penetrate deep to stimulate collagen and improve skin elasticity. Personally, I use it for 20-30 minutes every 2-3 days. Based on my experience using other masks, I believe I will see the effect. This period may be 3 to 5 months, or shorter or longer, depending on the individual! Secondly, in terms of its design, it features an exquisite design and a rechargeable function. I'm a rather lazy person, so reusability is definitely a plus for me. Besides, the remote control is also very convenient to use, which is another plus! How annoying! Sometimes the Velcro used to fix the mask gets slightly stuck in my hair! It's also because of the fixed Velcro that the plastic anchor on the inside of the mask is very annoying. Every time I use it, it leaves a red dent! However, it disappeared after a while! Overall, this mask has quite a few highlights. I have owned another LED mask for a while now and it actually hurts! I went through all the reviews of different masks and chose this one and WOW, the fit is perfect. Super comfy and I can breathe and wear it while doing my work at home. I have not had it long enough to say it works but I can't wait to find out. Read more
