You can start low if you’re sensitive and bump it up once you get used to it. it has a Built-in timer + battery. The 20-minute auto shutoff is perfect. I throw it on, scroll or read, and it just turns off on its own. Battery life’s been solid so far—I can get multiple sessions before charging. It’s soft silicone, not some hard plastic torture device. Once you adjust the straps, it sits pretty comfortably, and it doesn’t crush your face. The eye covers help a lot since the lights are bright. does it actually do anything? No, it’s not going to erase your wrinkles overnight.
