Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 2 Remastered - PlayStation 5

I grew up playing the original Soul Reaver, so getting this remastered collection on PS5 was a major moment. The graphics feel modern but respectful updated character models, real-time shadows, and richer textures really bring Nosgoth to life. Gameplay is exactly what I remembered: shifting between the Material and Spectral realms, tackling dark temples, solving puzzles it all feels tight and meaningful. Plus, I love that you can toggle between “classic” and “modern” art on the fly, so you can play with the nostalgia or enjoy the new visuals. There are a few quirks the camera still feels a little clunky at times but overall, this is one of the best remasters I’ve played. Highly recommend it for longtime fans and newcomers to the series. They are ps1 games essentially so keep that in mind if you are younger and don't like retro stuff.
