The Legendary Whietails outdoor pathfinder pants are great for hiking or doing anything outside in just about any weather conditions. Mine fit fine. I am a 35" waist and ordered the 36 and they fit great. The length is perfect. The material has a soft feel and is very comfortable to wear with just a bit of stretch. zippered pocket in the front and the fly has a old school metal zipper you are use to see on blue jeans. Pockets are not as deep as I would like. The front pockets have a mesh material, and the rear pockets are the same material as the pant. The belt loops are doubled up on the sides and a double wide loop in the back. There is also a ring that hangs on a tab for clipping on the front. While the front pockets are not as deep as I would like they have a unique L shaped cut out which makes it very easy to insert your hand. The price of these is a bit on the high side and while this is a quality item I think they are a tad overpriced. Cheaply made. The fly zipper detached from the fabric of the pants after a single wash. Normally I find the build quality of Legendary Whitetails good, so this is a big disappointment. Fit runs a little small, but that's not a huge issue. Read more

I like the material but the pants run a bit small in areas. I would recommend a size up than you typically wear. I am having trouble getting the pants past my knees and thighs. I am 6'2'' at 210 pounds. I like the pants but the are tight and do not allow as much movement as I would like. The material is light and quick drying if you were to get them wet though. These hiking pants are well made, and good looking. I chose the black pair, and I like the little reflective accents that you have on certain parts of the pants. They are comfortable, though I was sort of surprised at how tight they were around my quadriceps. I do work out, and particularly enjoy doing squats and other leg building exercises, so my legs are larger than the average person. With that in mind, when I put them on they certainly hugged the upper portion of my leg, and felt a little snug. I actually don't mind that, because I find it looks nice, and it wasn't egregiously tight or anything like that. Another nice thing about these pants is how stretchy they are, so when I crouch down the material has good elasticity to accommodate those kinds of movements without any concern. I didn't find the pockets to be overwhelmingly large, which I prefer to be honest. If I wanted cargo pants, I would have bought cargo pants. You do get an extra pocket on the right pant leg for miscellaneous items, but it's not terribly large. When I go hiking, I always have a backpack anyways, and like to minimize what I carry in my pockets, so for me that's absolutely fine. The material is also comfortable against the skin, and everything was true to size from my experience. It's a straight leg design, and my wife said they looked very nice on me. All in all, they're well made, comfortable, stretchy, offer UPF 50 protection, and I think the material is actually a little water resistant as well. It seems to have that kind of texture that would easily wick away water. Mostly good things really, so I think I'd safely recommend them. Read more

The fit for these is quite nice, I usually have issue with this. Maaaybe I am oversizing myself, but I've measured, so I don't think that's the case. Very comfortable, too. I've put them through their paces, and have done some heavy work around my property and they held up quote nicely. Fairly lightweight, I never noticed them dragging me down. I saw note of the pockets, and them being mesh, but I didn't mind this. It worked well because of the weight and the whole gross sweaty thang. I wasn't putting things in my pockets anyway, so I was fine with it. Whatever made the pants/pockets lighter. Overall good stuff, would recommend. Read more
