This bidet is affordable and works well. It can be set up very quickly and easily. I especially like that it runs the self cleaning mode as you turn the nozzle before it begins spraying and also after as you shut it off. I am happy with the product, but cannot give 5 stars as mine came with a defect. But the reason I am sticking with a high 4 stars is that the customer support was very understanding and happy to work with me and I am very grateful for that. Read more
Most Recent Update, Even though I was outside the normal return window, Sadia from LEIVI customer service promptly reached out and offered to replace the unit at no cost. I was so impressed by her kindness and responsiveness, it’s rare to see that level of care after a purchase. Excellent product and truly exceptional customer service! This brand goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction! Thank You!! --- Updating a few months later, unfortunately the plastic cracked and started leaking. It was working really well but I think the pressure pressing down when you turn the dial must have cracked it. Unfortunate because it is my favorite. Read more

I really like that it does clean you but geez the pressure is crazy strong it actually kind of hurts lmao Update Sometime it sprays like a shower head and sprays your entire butt. I simply can't live without a bidet now. This particular model has the most incredible lasting power I've ever experienced in a bidet. so if you have pretty good water pressure watch out! really easy to install, fits perfectly, it holds up it's lasted so it gets five stars on durability as well, and although the extra extreme high pressure can leave a little splatter, it's super duper easy to clean. and great knob design.
