I bought this the end of August but waited until I used it for a while before reviewing. I love it. The remote is simple to use and there are also controls on the side. Waking up in the middle of the night and sitting on a warm potty is wonderful. The spray is strong enough to clean well, and I love the dryer part. It does take a little bit of time to dry, but it is worth it. We installed this in the bathroom downstairs, and I will be getting another for the bathroom upstairs. Let me say this is my first bidet seat so I have little to compare it to… The install was pretty straight forward, and took about a half hour. As some other people have commented, the seat is a little smaller than the bowl. I have no complaints about the actual functions. The water is warm immediately and stays warm for the duration. The remote is nice and self explanatory. Pressure adjustment is good and works well. My only two complaints are that the light stays on all night and if you use the heated seat function it stays on unless you turn it off. I assumed that’s what the sensor was for but I guess that only stops the sprayer from making a mess. Read more

I'm happy with this electric bidet. It works very well. I purchased the elongated version, and it fits perfect and looks very smart. This seat has features found in more expensive seats. It has a heated seat, instant warm water for washing and warm air drying (all 3 are temperature adjustable). It has separate controls for rear wash and front wash, and you can adjust the water pressure of the spray from gentle to "WOOO". There's a massage feature that makes the water stream pulsate, and a "sway" feature that makes the spray nozzle swing back and forth a little. You can use the massage or sway features individually or together, with both the rear or front wash positions. You can also adjust the position of the nozzle forward or backward to customize where the spray hits. With all these adjustable features, it's easy to get just the wash you need. My husband has a bidet seat in his bathroom he installed 4 years ago that he paid $600 for. After installing mine, he felt it was just as good, feature and performance-wise as his far more expensive one. The only thing he noticed was his spray nozzle head was stainless steel, and this one's nozzle is plastic. (This one comes with 2 nozzles, which has to make you wonder if they are prone to breaking). But the best part about this model, over my husbands, is it has a REMOTE! That's a real game changer. You can hold the remote right in front of your face and SEE it, and play with all the buttons, instead of fumbling along the side of the seat, leaning over and struggling to see them. Don't discount the importance and convenience of this, especially if you're a little (or a lot) plus size, and your tush overhangs the sides of the seat any amount that would hide the typical side-of-seat-mounted control panel. Having tried mine, hubs says he'd never buy another one without a remote. (This one does also have the seat mounted control panel, but with limited functionality. Just 3 buttons, rear wash, front wash, and dry, for those quick clean ups.) I can't speak much to durability, as I've only had it not quite a month, but I'm really impressed and pleased with it for now. My very handy husband installed it, so I can't speak to difficulty, but it only took him about a half hour. Everything needed was included. Oh, one last tip. The unit also has cool blue led's that light up the inside of the toilet bowl as a night light. I've seen a couple of reviews here complaining about not being able to turn the nightlight off. But you can turn it off, by long-pressing the side seat mounted "rear wash" button for 5 seconds while NOT sitting on the seat. Read more
