I really like the product, but most of all is the service I received. I ordered the wrong phone case. I contacted them because I thought it was their fault. It was mine, I ordered the wrong phone case. They offered to replace my phone . Send me the right one. I thought that was so nice. They fixed the problem quickly. I am just speechless. I did not pay attention to product details when I ordered this phone case.. my phone is wireless charging compatible,I ordered this case and then realizing it was not compatible for wireless charging 🙃 I requested a refund... they told me to keep the case and they would send me one that would work for my phone as soon as they got the shipment in...i received a case that was personalized just like the one I ordered before and it works perfectly with my wireless charging it is a super nice heavy duty case. I love it,and give them a 5 🌟 because they deserve it!! Read more
Really cute phone case! I didn't read the description carefully so I can't charge my phone with the case on. I have to use wireless charging because my charging port is bad. Now everytime I charge it I will have to remove the case. I probably won't keep it on there long because it is aggrevating getting it off. Read more
Revised: Case is not protective at all! It is strictly for looks, my son dropped my phone and it shattered the screen. The case provides 0 protection. I love that leopard and black combo. Its sleek and beautiful and I love that I can personalize it! Plus I made an error on my name and contacted the seller to fix it, he responded very quickly and fixed it no questions asked.
