This worked just fine on the one long trip I went on driving just over 5 hours. I did notice less knee/back pain when exiting the car after the drive. The reason for the 3 star review is the seat is like a brick when it is cold. You cannot sit on it and be comfortable. It takes almost 10 minutes of sitting on it for it to soften up and in the mean time I have to raise the steering wheel for my legs to fit underneath as the rock hard seat has my body raised up about 3 inches.
