Since my partner and I upgraded our best with these toppers, we can sleep better and longer without dropping hundreds (thousands!) of dollars on a brand new mattress. I love lying down on a fresh made bed. Feels so luxurious. You do need to fluff it regularly, but after a few days it still offers significant added cushion and comfort. It's warm, as expected, which is nice for cold climes. I am so spoiled by my featherbed that I find myself bringing it with when I travel to stay with family, etc. It's getting harder and harder to leave it at home, and I never regret bringing it, as it folds down relatively small and really does make a hard bed so much easier to sleep in. I think this is a great feather topper for the money. It is true to the description and is several inches thick. The fact that it meets the guidelines for responsibly sourced down/feathers and that no ducks were live-plucked was a huge factor in my selecting this. Like all feather toppers, when you sleep on it you will get spots of compression. It's simply unavoidable, but there are enough feathers that even the flatter areas are comfortable enough, unless you are super sensitive - in which case, you shouldn't get a feather topper. Maybe the $300 toppers somehow stay fluffier, but I don't see how. It's easy enough to refluff it every couple of weeks. For the money I spent, I'm super happy. Read more

So this came with two big stains on it. That confused me because I bought it new. It is comfortable, but a pain to fluff it each day and it moves around a lot, but that could just be because my matress protector is slippery. For that amount of money I would want the company to be more careful not to send them out with stains. If you don't mind having to fluff it everyday it's comfortable. Read more

Ok- first of all, I am SO picky when it comes to anything I sleep on. I love that this is made from organic materials. I was so skeptical when I purchased it, but now that I see it in person it's definitely made really well, and of excellent quality. Thank you to the manufacturer for taking the time to make a great product, and for being honest in your advertising. I want to suggest something to new buyers- the first day I got it, I placed it over my fence outside on a sunny dry day, and let it breathe. Then, I took it inside later that night, and laid it flat on another bed. I fluffed it out. The next day, I slept on it, but I noticed a few lumps in the baffles were pressing on my back and shoulders, so I took it off, and massaged each baffle-section with both hands, until all the lumps came out. It took a while, and had to do it several times, but the result is you get a really fluffy and softer featherbed. I plan on fluffing it daily and letting it air out in the sunshine once a month to keep it fresh. Read more
