I was buying this as a replacement secondary monitor. Nowhere in the description does it list that it was "renewed". First I knew of it was when I opened the box, which arrived somewhat battered. I was a bit concerned when I saw that the box appeared to have been resealed. Apparently, "renewed" means "One centimeter gouge on the side of the screen"--definitely not cosmetic, this flaw was functional. Clearly, this was a returned damaged item that they just stuffed back into the box to sell. Avoid this item. Read more

Refurbished monitors - not new

I ordered three monitors for my home office. Upon opening the boxes one monitor came without a power cord. Okay fine no big deal. I went to put the monitor arms on and i noticed a sticker on all the monitors stating refurbished. NO WHERE in the description does it state these monitors are refurbished. If that was the case i would of paid the cheaper price. Read more
