Very Nice!

I purchased this monitor to replace a MSI 321URX 4k oled that died after a month of use. I was kinda hesitant due to the price and reviews about the brightness of this monitor. Amazon eventually had it on sale for $999 so I decided to give it a shot. I was very surprised at the picture quality. Yes, there are some games that can be a bit dim but other games are PLENTY bright. HDR is really good. I'm happy with the clarity, smoothness of this monitor. Night and day difference. This monitor is great. Brightness is great. Size is great. Picture quality is great. Setup is super easy. I ended up mounting mine on a stand and not using the original base but both were super easy to setup. If you want to splurge on a high end monitor that has the dual mode where it can switch to 1080p 480 frames. Only thing I'll say is the monitor will run WARM. You will notice after hours of use monitor emits quite a bit of heat which is understandable and might be uncomfortable for some. Doesn't bother me though. Read more

Amazing monitor, but make sure you update your firmware as soon as you set it up

UPDATED REVIEW: Had some weird flickering issues for the first couple of months, but after updating the monitor software those issues have been resolved. Really stoked to finally enjoy this monitor without the weird display flickering. As for the dual mode it's pretty cool/useful, but the change from 4K to 1080p can be a bit disorientating so i don't use it much. I never had issues with it so it's good if that's what you're looking for. Monitor stand is very solid, I have no complains. Read more

pretty outstanding monitor, but my best advice is to inspect well upon delivery though. The one I have has a very small indention on the screen in the bottom left but is pretty much unoticeable until I deep cleaned it about a month or 2 after I recieved it & don’t feel the need to return since it doesnt affect the screen at all. Also remember to use graphics acceleration when using youtube/google chrome or else those frames are gonna be terrible lol. Other then delivery issues & getting the proper settings on it everything was amazing quality wise. Read more

DO NOT BUY. The fitting for this mount does not work with any standard boom/mic stands, ive been a certified audio engineer for 11 years & have never even seen this thin of a fitting for the male mount to stand screw, don’t buy this product whatsoever.

Does not have "Pixel Sound" as advertised

As of 11/7/24, this UV unit is listed as having Pixel Sound. It does not. After receiving it and setting it up, I realized the speakers sound awful. After further comparison, only the UE units have Pixel Sound with 2 x 10W speakers. This unit has just regular 2 x 7W monitor speakers, and sounds awful. My major consideration to buy this unit was for Pixel Sound so I didn't need separate speakers. Read more

Clean setup. Comes with HDMI and DP cables. All cables are in white. Including power/USB/HDMI/DP Easy to setup. Good color. Default profile on setup is game 1 -- It has somewhat blurry text IMO -- All other video profiles don't. Lots of adjustment in height, turn, tilt. Overall 10/10 so far. I love that they make this monitor with white, it is exactly like the black version other than that, super clean/mac look. My purchase price for this monitor on 10/17/2024 was $999 -- It was far below MSRP. I include this because knowing might help you decide if you are getting a good deal or not. Should any problems arise rest assured I will absolutely update this review to reflect that. If it is still 5 stars when you are reading this, I had no issues. Read more
