I like this sturdy set. It can take some abuse. Like tipping over and still survive. Out of the 24 pieces one was cracked at the lip. Nice heavy bottom. Read more
Excellent customer service
My set arrived with a missing glass. I reached out to Libbey customer support via email and 4 days later I received a replacement set. That's pretty impressive considering I sent the email on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. With the glasses themselves, I love in particular how thick and robust they feel. They have a bit of weight to them in a very good way, and feel much more premium than the set I was replacing. Read more

I like the heaviness of these glasses. My previous set had somehow gotten foggy in the dishwasher and it was just time for a new set. I’ve had these almost a year and they have not had any issues in the dishwasher. Like the Libby quality. Read more
