This works great and is super comfortable. Incredibly high quality and durability. I mainly use it in the mornings when I have bags under my eyes. However, I've heated it and used it when I was having a migraine and it worked beautifully. I normally store it in the freezer since I use it for puffy eyes. Great for pain relief. Highly recommend!
