I can feel the benefits as I often have tension headaches and upper neck pain. The red lights provide a subtle amount of heat as well as vibration. The light spectrum, intensity, pulsing, and vibration can be customized for up to 30 minutes. You can do a lot more with this device and the included booklet does a good job of outlining how to use it on different areas of your body. The included Velcro strap attaches easily so you can wrap it around your arms, legs, and waist. The battery on the device is small, so you will need to recharge the device. The media could not be loaded. This LifePro Red Light Therapy belt is so easy to use! Prior to purchasing it, I saw another review stating that it is too stiff, which I completely disagree with. My husband and I find it very comfortable. It is versatile to use and secure on various parts of the body, with the Velcro strap. We have both experienced complete pain relief after using it, and have been able to avoid taking OTC pain medicine. It performs exactly as stated in the user manual. It took me a few tries to get the settings down, but now I have mastered that! I prefer using this instead of my HaloGun Massager, as the RL Therapy belt offers DAYS of relief. After searching for wellness products from several different vendors, we decided on LifePro because of the Lifetime Warranty they offer. We have one other product from this company the “LifePro Rumblex Pro” which we absolutely love! This red light therapy belt is awesome! It's helped give me pain relief in my muscles after a car accident. I love that it's portable, easy to use and rechargeable. It's also small enough that I can wrap it around my leg or my torso. I can wear it around the house without having to stay in one spot. I love the heat that it gives off and it helps decrease the inflammation in my muscles, and helps to relieve the pain. I'm unimpressed. I've been using a red light therapy mask for my face and have seen significant improvements so I wanted to try an eye mask. First, I think I may have received a used product? Everything was in the box but nothing was wrapped up, and there was a stray hair on the clear silicone of the mask along with what looked like some kind of dried plant debris. Also, this thing looks like it's for a child's face. It does stretch around an adult's face but it's very tight on the temples and gave me a headache just from trying it on. I definitely couldn't tolerate it staying on my face every day for even a few minutes, and I've got a small face. I can't imagine how other people are tolerating the tightness. I tried it on hours ago and my head still hurts from it. Also can't imagine how the vibration could possibly be soothing. It sounds like a broken electric razor, or like a dog clipper when the blade isn't seated properly so it makes an awful sound, and you're supposed to have that noise so close to your ears? No thank you. It was grating enough just testing the button functions. Another issue is that the LEDs are concentrated on the temples and a few on the bridge of the nose. The glowing red you see in photos is from the light traveling through the clear silicone and reflecting off skin. The only places receiving direct light are your temples and the bridge of your nose. For red light therapy to be effective the light needs to be shining directly on your skin, not diluted through the silicone like it is with this mask. This isn't to say you won't still see results, but it's going to take longer than if the LEDs were evenly spaced out and your skin was getting direct light. Maybe not a problem if you're targeting the temple area, however if you're buying this for under eye issues you should look elsewhere. The images make it seem like the LEDs are evenly spaced out so that's pretty deceptive of the manufacturer. I'll be returning this and looking into other options. I wanted to like it, it's a great idea in theory, but poor design and not worth the money for what you get with this product. I was so excited to receive it after the first one getting lost in the mail so I've had several weeks to hype myself up, but in the end this product is a huge disappointment. This red light therapy belt comes in handy after workouts. I use it on my upper back, and thigh area. It took a bit of time to get it to function properly, however once I was able to get it working I really liked it. My tired muscles definitely feel like fatigue and achy after a moderate to rigorous exercise session. The belt is a bit long, I will attribute that to it being customizable for any body type. I like that the vibration isn't to intense, even on the highest setting it just feels like a nice massage. Do be advised that there is a bit of a learning curve to setting the preferences on the control, with that being said do not fret. Be sure to read the intructions and make sure the controller is fuller charged upon initial use. I also used an alcohol prep pad and wiped the part that would sit against my skin before using because you can never be to cautious. Overall I am satisfied with this belt and will continue to use it throughout the week to assist with soothing my muscles after workouts. Read more
