I received this as a gift. It was working great and then all the sudden it started shaking hard enough that my heard was shaking. I reached out to customer service over a month ago. Keep getting different people ask8ng for same thing. They wanted ID off machine, video of the issue, screen shot of invoice and something else I can’t think of. I would get can you please send this information so we can help you. I sent it 3 times. Then they said we can send you a new machine but we need the same information. I gave up. Don’t have time for this. Customer service is awful. Can’t call, you have to leave message. Emailing gets confusing because different people answering. I would not recommend this. Read more
