It helps my joint pain not be excruciating. It has a healthy dose of turmeric in it. I’ve taken it for about 7-8 years. Then again, I’ve only taken 1/2 the dose, but am slowly increasing to a full dose. I’m able to move about and be mobile which equals to independence, & independent living. Was doubtful of this product, been take the recommended dose of 4 a day and happy to say my hips are hurting a lot less and my knees aren't popping anymore! Will definitely continue to take this product wish I can give it 10 Stars! Update. Knew it was to good to be true 😢, been taking the 4 capsule dose daily, did good for the 1st month, now into 2nd month, hip pain for the most part is still gone, only a little (very bearable) amount has came back, but the knees!
