Just string and paper, flexible-sized, just absorbant enough to protect clothes from sweat and minimal leakage or spotting, and cheap enough too, these surprisingly durable disposable panties, pack easily without bulk or weight, don't show panty lines, and can last the better part of a day's traveling (if you don't leak enough to need substantially thicker or full incontinence protection).
