They are not in a hurry to refund your. Money
It just wasn't the vacuum for me. I never used it sent it back in unused perfect order. I'm not sure I will buy and expensive item again from Amazon if this is how long it takes for refund. They can't tell you when your bank will release the funds. I have funds 60x times over that amount of this item for the funds to cover there refund. I was thinking of buying a TV but I'll got to best buy and found a vacuum warehouse that has with I want. Just waiting for the return to be processed. I'm sure it was a high quality vacuum the 18in head was a problem with my type stairs. I would still highly recommend this vacuum Lindhaus 18 in upright. Can't beat this brand..
