The shoes are great. They do come smaller, the return and exchange was flawless. Read more
I’m a beginner and was hesitant to purchase tap shoes without trying them on. I went a half size bigger than my normal, and they fit great. Laces are strong and the right length. Read more
I love these tap shoes! For the price, they are very high quality! I originally bought them for a theatre show for a tap number. I've ended up using them again a few times for wayward projects and such. It's been a while since I've bought these, but I do believe I sized up as the other reviews said to and they fit perfectly! These tap shoes are very slick, so on slicker surfaces it is very risky to tap in these (such as linoleum). They fit super snugly when you get the right size which is super great for dancing in them! These are amazing tap shoes! The metal on the heel and toes is amazing; every sound can be heard crystal clear! They were true to US size. They are very comfortable and easy to wear. However, they do scuff very easily, so be careful how you are dancing otherwise they might look worn out within a week of use! Read more
Based on other reviews I decided to order down a half size, this was a mistake. They were so tight they hurt my feet wearing them for long. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to return them and I had to just deal with it. Quality wise they are good for a beginner shoe BUT the screws do come loose very quickly (I in fact lost a screw during a dance rehearsal) and they are not normal size tap screws. I ended up having to super glue the tap on. Also an aglet came off the laces. If I needed a shoe to last longer than 3 months for a show I would have definitely been in trouble. You definitely get what you pay for. Read more

I was kind of bummed out. After about 3 months the upper part of the left she started to peel. I still use them at home for practice but will not wear them to class or perform in Read more
