I've taken Biotin for years and swear by it. I can tell a drastic difference in the growth and quality of my hair and nails when I take it, and I'm always looking for a better delivery system (because let's face it, taking capsules every day gets *old*.) So far I've tried mixing a dose of this in sparkling water, adding it to a fruit smoothie, and just taking it 'as-is'. It doesn't have a smell and the falvor is not intense so really you can do just about anything with it, it's up to you. As always your results may vary, but for me Biotin is something I always keep on hand, and liquid is one of the least annoying ways to take any supplement. I've been using this for about 2 weeks and have been experiencing headaches since I started. The days I missed a dose, are the days that I didnt have headaches so I can only assume that this is the cause. Needless to say...I haven't tried it long enough to experience any real results. I can only say that as of now... there has been no improvements in my nails (they are still so soft) nor in the my hair or skin. I would say that this is ONLY MY EXPERIENCE. I can be allergic to biotin & everyone is different. The only way to tell if this works for you is by trying it yourself. It may work for one and not the other (vice versa) On another note... There is a contradiction on the box and on the bottle. Box gives nutritional facts for CAPSULES (which clearly these is not) and the bottle gives nutritional facts for drops. The lack of quality control makes me question this company and if the company is lacking, does it affect the product??? Or are they truthful about their product? Trust your intuition.
