I was actually surprised that it functions as described. I read a lot of the reviews on Amazon and some are overhyped but not the case with this. It’s chargeable and that it a huge game changer. Not too hot but it is soothing and extremely soft . I’m well pleased with my eye mask. Read more

Working with an accountant and at the tail end of tax season my eyes get so dry from hours of looking at tiny numbers and at the computer screen for endless extra hours. I needed to find relief. My opthalmologist recommended heated eye masks to help with the dryness. And it really does help. When I use this I feel so much relief. And if you're consistent with it, you don't really need extra eye drops or medications. When I go to bed, I put it on the medium setting and close my eyes and relax. I usually don't make it awake throughout the timing of this. At some point I feel relief and fall asleep. It shuts off automatically so I don't need to worry about it. I love the fact that there are no cables to deal with in bed. I recharge it around once a week depending on how much I use it. There are 3 heat settings. I find the hot setting too hot for me so I use the medium setting. I've never tried the coolest seeing since I need the heat to help my eyes moisturize so I can't say much about that setting. You can remove the silky cover and wash it which is great so that it's clean to use on my face. I usually charge it when I leave for work so I haven't seen exactly how long it takes to charge. 4 for operation 2.75 for fit 4 for battery 5 for construction quality My nose bridge is mostly flat . Those with a longer / taller bridge may get a better fit than I do. I find the nose piece sits heavily over my nasal passages and cuts off my breathing a bit. If I fiddle with it long enough I can get a good fit. The biggest issue I have with the fit is that the heating elements are Above my eyes. Not on, not under, not surrounding. I was hoping for a cup effect where the heat would encircle my eyes. If I pull the mask straight, then put it on my eyes and move it to where it's needed, I can get decently close to full heat coverage. The band. Let's talk about the band. Loathe it. Poorly constructed with the oval ring. Even on a too loose setting that ring rotates to where the most length is now horizontal and pinching the elastic. That bunches it up and makes it uncomfortable. The adjustment ring is close to the temple, so side sleepers beware. Also with the band, it should have more disbursement across the sides of the mask for a flatter fit. If it tapered from the sides to the strap it would last longer and feel better. It's not as bad as those eye masks with a quarter inch elastic, but it could have been made to where it pulls the mask more evenly at the sides. The silk is lovely and makes up for a lot of the issues I have with how the mask sits on my face. If it were a rougher material I'd really have to fuss with getting comfortable. The medium (blue) setting is sufficient for me. I wear this while I listen to a guided meditation to fall asleep. If I happen to drift off before the heat turns off, it's noticeable enough to wake me up as soon as that heat starts to recede. My eyes in the morning are no longer sticking to my eye lids. I've had LASIK and cataract surgeries, as well as have larger eyes - perfect combination for dry eye. On the nights I find I forgot to charge the mask, I do notice a difference in the mornings - my eyes stick to my lids. Combined with preservative free eye drops, omega-3 supplementation, and wiping my eyes before going to sleep, this has been helpful in tackling that early morning dry eye. I have observed that it takes my eyes longer to feel dry into the night as well. I think if I could remember to use this in the middle of the day I'd be golden. I charge it roughly every 3rd - 4th use, and it's easiest to do it routinely. Sunday / Thursday, for example. On the medium setting it lasts about 5 nights, but that 6th evening it's out of juice. For years, my family has been using those microwavable eye masks. We've had gel ones and even the ones filled with rice. Until we finally decided to try one of these electric eye masks and I have to say, we're not going back. No more sitting in front off the microwave waiting for it to warm up. No more needing to get out of your comfy bed to warm it up. Just lay down, turn over, grab this from the side of your bed, and go to sleep. My wife and son both use this if they can't sleep. My son will also use it on his head when he has a headache. Once they put this eye mask on, they're asleep within minutes. I'm about ready to buy one for myself. - It covers your eyes and doesn't let any light in. - It warms up pretty quickly (about a minute) - Pretty decent heating range. - It's rechargeable - It's cordless Read more

It's comfortable and has more weight compared to others I've tried. Charge doesn't seem to hold very long but it's better than getting tangled in the wire when trying to sleep. Read more

It worked great for about four weeks. Then for the next few days, I had to charge it before every use. Now, after only five weeks, it’s totally dead. It won’t charge or work at all. Read more

Love this eye mask. I travel a lot and its a great way to relax while flying. Easy to wash and the 3 temperature setting is an added value. The cost is moderate for the quality. Would buy again. Read more
