I have been looking for a pair of Winter hiking pants and these arrived last week. I am NOT sending these back. I am 5'6" and weigh 135 and I ordered a Medium. They fit great with room for layering. The pants are well made with two front zippered pockets and zippers at the ankles. I would have appreciated a back pocket, but it isn't a deal breaker. They are warm with the fleece lining and they are not noisy when walking; no squishing. I also ordered a pair of hiking pants from another company and they are very nice and do have the back zippered pocket, but they were twice as much money. I am keeping both, but these Little Donkey Andy's are comparable and half the price. These are great pants. Read more

I ordered a medium. For reference I am 5"3, between 130-35 on any given week. I am 62 yrs. old so I am not as fit as I used to be. Not overly hippy but more so as I age. Average butt. They are a little big but perfect for me who likes clothing loose when doing active things. The waist is perfect, nothing overflowing or too tight. Legs and butt a bit loose. Little long as is everything I buy. For reference- I am a size 6 -8 Banana republic pants and wear mens Levi's - size 32 length 30 - kinda big as well. If you like tight fitting clothing size down. If you are looking for comfort, well made product that will not break the bank I would highly recommend. I could have gone with a small and been okay I think. Read more

the front pockets are placed right at the bend of your hip and thigh. you cannot bend forward or raise your thigh if a phone is in the front pocket. Otherwise, these pants are perfectly warm, the right leg width/fit, not boxy, great length and the elastic at the bottom works nicely to keep cold & snow out/ heat in. the black fabric is sleek enough to wear out walking around or go out on a cold night. This pants are incredible the quality is great. They are good in the cold weather. I wear them when I hiking in the snowy mountains. They are comfortable and just the right length. They have plenty of deep pockets. Read more

I think most people could size down and these would fit them. I loved the color, design and fabric. They weren't noisy at all to walk in. My issue was that they fit my legs really well but were very big in the waist and hips. Pants are almost never this big on me through the hips, so that was surprising. Read more

These are great for playing in the snow and still being able to have the flexibility/stretchiness you want and crave. They ended up keeping my kid warm, dry and at the end of the day an overall great product, so to say they pass the durability test. Only down side if they will not stretch over your boots for snowboarding but that’s not what we bought them for. Read more

Purchased these for a November-December trip to Iceland. Weather was below freezing and windy, but these pants offered wind protection and enough insulation to be warm without being too bulky. Excellent value. Very high waisted. I’m 5’10”, inseam was a bit short on me, but that’s typical. Read more
