LOFE Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow - 4 Heights from 1 2 to 4 8in Cervical Pillow for Neck

CURRENT UPDATE : I love this pillow. Very comfortable- very cool- I sleep on the cold side of the pillow. It really is so versatile. I’m using all four layers. I’m 5’5. 125lbs, side sleeper. Added 2 more photos of this wonderful pillow. After trying to find a natural latex pillow that was high enough, and that would expand - I started searching memory foam because latex just doesn’t seem to cut it - the ones I tried did not get loft - they stayed flat and mishapen. I have a 3 inch latex topper on the bed which is great. It’s Dunlop process and most latex pillows are the softer talalay process. I searched memory foam pillows and was glad to see they’re using better types of memory foams that are chemical free and certified certi-pur. The Lofe adjustable pillow caught my eye because you can adjust it and I need a high pillow. It arrived and all the layers, there are 4- were flat. Within 20 minutes they grew! It was amazing to watch. The fotos of the layers are when they were still flat, the foto with the ruler- they were expanded. Each layer has ventilation holes and a cover - the holes are a great idea- they’ll keep the layers from getting too hot, I’m a warm sleeper so it’s a plus. I like that the foam is protected in its own case so it doesn’t tear if you need to adjust. The outer side of the case is very chilly- the underside is warm as they stated it would be. The weight of the pillow is great. Not super heavy- not too light. I’ve got all 4 layers in there and got 5 inches. I also put the layers in the case and was able to fit my cooling pillow protector over it and put them in my cotton pillowcase. I like that the cover is washable, and I will air dry it when needed as the dryer can degrade fabric over time. I only use the dryer for drying bed sheets and towels. I will use the pillow tonight and update my review in a few days. I did watch tv with the pillow and it feels perfect with all 4 layers in it, cool side up. Great design, awesome idea. Very easy to put together. There was a light smell but it’s gone. And it’s already in its case as well as a pillow protector to keep dust away - and in a regular pillowcase on top of that! The pillow has just enough "give"without your head sinking, from how it felt while watching tv for a little while. It’s firm but has some cushion without being smushy where it goes flat. IMPORTANT- the 2 fotos of the case is to show the different sides of the case- the pillow wasn’t fully expanded yet. I will add photos of that when I update- it fills out the case nicely. This pillow is awesome. This pillow comes with 4 1.2 inch thick vented memory foam inserts that can be removed at any time to adjust the height. The inserts have ties on the end to tie them together if desired. The inserts provide even support and do not bunch up. I have tried shredded memory foam and I do not like it due to lack of support. It has relieved my neck and shoulder pain. I am also getting more deep sleep time according to my tracker. I haven't had an issue with heat either. Highly Recommended! Read more

I bought this pillow due to neck and shoulder pain (side sleeper) with my old pillow. I had tried other pillows with no luck. I love that this pillow is adjustable. I use all four memory foam layers and the pillow is quite firm. I didn’t know if I would like it at first due to the firmness, but it has been fantastic. My neck and shoulders have not been in any pain and I’ve slept so much better. I highly recommend! Read more

Straight out of the package the inner foam had a strong paint-like smell, as memory foam often does. I laid out the four layers and pillowcase in my bathroom with the window open for two days to let them air out. After two days the smell was very faint. I love the gray bamboo pillowcase. The color appeals to me and it’s very soft to the touch. I’m strictly a side sleeper, and I like this pillow best with all four layers. At that height it keeps my neck at a straight angle. The adjustability may appeal more to someone who alternates between sleeping on their side/back/stomach. The foam is fairly firm. (Say that five times fast lololol.) Harder than my previous pillow, so there was an adjustment period. The biggest selling point for me as someone who tries to minimize the toxins I’m exposed to is the (hopefully) safer foam. I really wanted to like this product because I bought one of their first generation products that did not have the adjustable height and the material was amazing. The material that they now use I feel has a tendency as other reviews have stated is hot. also, I feel that the pillow has a tendency to be too hard and I know in their previous version because I still have their original version. The material was a lot softer and a lot more comfortable. I wish they would go back to their original material they used when they first got started. Read more

I have been searching for the proper thickness and a pillow soft enough for comfort but not so soft as to lose its thickness as soon as my head rests on it. This is very nice, I like that I can change the thickness by adding or subtracting a sheet of foam. I like that it does not compress too much and I like that it retains its shape while sleeping on it. I have post herpetic neuralgia on the right side of my face as a result of shingles a few years ago and I can not sleep with anything touching that side of my face. I am a side sleeper so I needed o find a pillow that I could sleep on the very edge of the pillow without it collapsing or working its way out from under me in my sleep and this pillow fits the bill perfectly. I got the pillow out and let it fluff up overnight. I washed the pillowcase. Then I put in three inserts. I love sleeping on it. It supports my neck and keeps my shoulder from getting crunched when I’m sleeping on my side. I hope that with regular use my neck will be better. I’m wondering if there’s a travel size version.
