I like that this camera fit with the mount that I separately purchased. I enjoy that it takes quality videos and photos. And I appreciate the clarity of this camera. I did purchase the extended protection plan, just in case but this was a fantastic value for under $50. Easily installs to mount. Color is superb. Performance at 48mbps rural Internet is top notch. Very easy to install and was recognised by the Logi Capture Software. I also used it with the latest version of Zoom. It is plenty sharp the twin microphones work well and the camera holds its position well. In the past I used a laptop for online meetings but it went belly up and I decided to add a WebCam to the desktop monitor rather than purchase a new laptop. I still have a Chromebook for travel use but the majority my online meetings will be with this unit from now on. Bottom line it is a typically good product from LogiTech. Read more

What I really like about this camera is that the microphone has about a 270 degree pickup. That works nicely in a recording a presentation or lecture to record questions or input from a lot of people. What I'm not so thrilled with, is that it does not do well with mixed lighting situations. For example, a powerpoint display and a presenter who may adjust light levels. I find that once the light level saturates, it takes some effort to get it to reset and pick up the display again. I know that I'm asking a lot of a moderate priced camera for something that my institution should be handling as part of the infrastructure rather than foisting the expectation on employees, but here we are. The Logitech camera works well for what I needed it for - a simple webcam. I use a headset for a microphone, so I do not have much experience with the webcam mic, but the camera quality is great. The autofocus gets a little weird every once in a while, but it sorts itself out pretty quickly (no more than 30 seconds). Read more

Bought this renewed, assuming it would be a returned item that was lightly used, but turned out to be a huge disappointment! The camera looked terribly worn and misused - lots of spots on the glass, dusty all over, mold on the USB plug, etc. Absolutely not worth $45. Read more
