Comfortable and little time needed to get used to this new hand position. I have worked with a mouse all day long for two decades so I’m concerned about developing something like carpal tunnel. For about 15 years, I’ve kept three mice on my desk. Each one has a different shape so you hold each mouse differently. I use one mouse for a couple hours and change to a different one. I've had two of these, over the last three years and they are great for the first year - year and a half. At that time, the left mouse button becomes unreliable, especially when trying to drag and select. The button will only activate when pressed in certain places and no response in the lower middle.
