Once I got this camera set up, it was great. Great, clear picture, auto focus, and the ability to run it through Logi Capture to filter the picture and have the output treated as just a different camera, so it could be used by any app (i.e. teams or zoom) was really nice. But the USB port bent and the whole thing died as some point in the past day. And to be clear, this was connected to a monitor with built in docking in an open area (not pushed against a wall). but something snagged or hit the cable, bent the port, and the whole thing is dead, six months after getting it. The original camera contain a tripod, and this one not, so if is important for you, you should consider that. Also the packaging was really bad. Despite that, I am happy with my purchase and hopefuly everything is going to be fine with the camera, as it is right now. Read more

It has good build quality but not design. The mounting bracket that holds the camera inside it, became loose. It has a good tilt to it, so positioning is fine, but modern cams have much wider view that you don't have to do all those adjustments and cam automatically keeps you centered in focus. This one lacks that primary feature. The picture quality is very bad in dimly lit room. Compared to the stock macbook cam, this logitech one falls way too short, to the point that you can see yourself on macbook's cam but not using Logitech's. And Logitech is known to make quality hardware. The mic is very good though. Unfortunately, my macbook's mic doesn't work on meetings if I keep the lid down. Bad design on Apple's part, hence I depend on external ones. It has a USB-C port, which can be good or bad based on what your computer supports. Should've come with an adapter or cable option. For me, I have a monitor with built in dock, to avoid cable clutter on desk. Monitor only has 1 USB-C port, which is used for mac charging. So I have to end up with cable clutter anyway or find USB-C to USB-A adapters. For $100, there is a lot that should've been part of this cam. But unfortunately, it's as good as a $20 cam. Read more

I have 925e. And to tell the truth in terms of quality and color I don't feel any difference. Maybe it is just me but when I use zoom the cam has problems in detecting proper colors from the start if I use virtual background. I have to turn it off and on again before it starts to work properly again. You might get about with twice cheaper cams from logitech. This one was in sale so I'll just stick with it for the moment.
